Dubai’s Maktoum Bridge to be temporarily closed till Jan.16, motorists advised to use detour

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Thursday that Al Maktoum Bridge will be closed to road users from Monday to Saturday from 11pm to 5am and will be closed for 24 hours on Sundays.

This closure will continue until January 16, 2025 due to maintenance work, it added.

The RTA called on road users to plan their journeys in advance via alternative routes to reach their destination on time.
