Emirates resumes flights to Amman from tomorrow (Sunday), extends suspension of services to Beirut

Emirates has announced the resumption of services to Amman from October 6, 2024. However, flights to and from Iraq (Basra and Baghdad) and Iran (Tehran) will remain cancelled until October 7.

Furthermore, customers transiting through Dubai and with final destinations in Iraq and Iran will not be permitted to fly from their point of departure until October 8, 2024.

Flights operated by Emirates to and from Beirut will remain cancelled until October 15, 2024. It has been announced that customers intending to transit through Dubai with Beirut as their final destination will not be permitted to travel from their point of origin until further notice.

Those affected by this decision are encouraged to contact their respective travel agencies for alternative travel options or to contact Emirates directly if they have booked with the airline. It is incumbent upon customers to ensure that their contact details are correct and up to date. This may be done by visiting the customer's booking management portal, where updates may be received.
