'Change is expensive, a challenging process that requires us to step outside of our comfort zone,' says Sheikh Mohammed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Friday, said through the X platform, “Change is expensive and strenuous. Change is a challenging process that requires us to step outside of our comfort zones and embrace new routines. It necessitates waking up at 6am. daily and maintaining consistent follow-through, patience, and resilience. Change often demands a significant investment of time and resources, and it is essential to recognise that without a willingness to pay the price, we risk perpetuating the status quo and the associated costs to our communities and nations."

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid further said on this point in a tweet on the X platform, stating, "To embrace change, we must be prepared to bear the costs. Failure to do so may result in prolonged underdevelopment and a greater burden on future generations."
