His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, sent a congratulatory message to His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, on the occasion of the Kingdom's National Day.
Similarly, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, sent similar congratulatory messages to King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Ali Ahmed Yaqoub Al Hosani is Director General of Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA)
In another development, Sheikh Sultan issued an Emiri Decree promoting and appointing a Director General for the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) .
The decree states that Ali Ahmed Yaqoub Al Hosani is to be promoted to the position of Director General under the special employment system of the Sharjah Government and is appointed as the Director General of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, effective from the date of issuance of this decree.
Organisational structure OF SPEA
Sheikh Sultan also issued an Emiri Decree approving the organisational structure of Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).
The decree stipulated that SPEA organisational structure attached to this decree shall be approved, and that the Executive Council shall issue decisions therefrom as follows: the detailed organisational structure of the Authority; the decisions necessary to implement the present decree, including approving the job description of the tasks of SPEA organisational units in accordance with its competencies, and creating, merging or cancelling any organisational units that fall under the departments included in the organisational structure.
Structure of Sharjah Municipality
Meanwhile, Sheikh Sultan issued an Emiri Decree regarding the approval of the general organisational structure for the Sharjah Municipality (SM) .
The decree states that the general organisational structure of the Sharjah Municipality shall be approved and Sharjah Executive Council shall issue decisions including: the detailed organisational structure of the municipality, necessary decisions for implementing this decree, including the approval of job descriptions for the tasks of the organisational units in the municipality in accordance with their competencies, and the creation, merging, or abolition of any organisational units under the departments listed in the general organisational structure.
