Emirates Airlines has announced the cancellation of all flights to and from Beirut will continue until January 15, 2025.
Passengers travelling to Beirut via Dubai will not be accepted as a transit point from their point of departure. The compnay has announced a further extension to the cancellation of all flights to and from Baghdad, with the new deadline set at January 15, 2025.
Furthermore, the company has stated that passengers intending to travel to Baghdad via Dubai as a transit point will not be accepted from their point of departure until further notice.
Conversely, flydubai flights to Baghdad remain operational, and passengers with confirmed flydubai bookings to Baghdad as their ultimate destination will be permitted to travel.
It is recommended that customers regularly check the status of their flights on the flydubai website. It is recommended that customers affected by flight cancellations contact their booking agents in order to arrange alternative travel options. Alternatively, customers who have booked directly with Emirates should contact the airline.
The company has emphasised the importance of customers updating their contact information via the "Manage Booking" option on the company's website.
