On Saturday morning, various parts of the country witnessed light rainfall, which was attributed to the impact of a surface air depression from the east and an air height from the west, accompanied by an extension of an air depression in the upper atmosphere.
Precipitation was observed in Qurain Al Aish and Abu Al Abyad Island in Abu Dhabi. The lowest and coldest temperature recorded in the country was 1.9°C, measured at Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah at 05:00am, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM also expects that the weather on Sunday will be partly cloudy, with occasional cloud cover in certain areas.
Humidity is expected to be high at night and on Monday morning in some inland and coastal regions, with the potential for fog or light fog to form.
The winds are expected to be moderate to strong, with speeds ranging from 10 to 20 km/h, and the sea is predicted to be light in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
