Various areas across the country experienced light rainfall on Saturday morning due to the country being affected by an extension of a surface depression from the east and an air elevation from the west, accompanied by an extension of a low-level atmospheric depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Light rains fell on Jebel Jais, Seih Al Uraibi, and Al Zait in Ras Al Khaimah, as well as other scattered areas.
The lowest temperature recorded on Saturday was 4.7°C in Jebel Jais at 6:30am.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted that Sunday's weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times over the islands and some northern regions, with a chance of light rains.
It will be humid at night and on Monday morning in some interior regions, with a chance of fog or light fog formation.
Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active, with speed ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, amounting to 40 km/h and the sea waves will be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
According to the NCM, Monday's weather will be clear to partly cloudy at times and humid at night and on Tuesday morning in some interior regions.
Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, amounting to 40 km/h and the sea will be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
The NCM has indicated that Tuesday's weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times in the north and humid at night and on Wednesday morning in some interior regions.
Wind will be northwesterly, moderate to strong, and occasionally active, stirring dust and sandstorms on land, with speeds ranging from 15 to 30 km/h, amounting to 50 km/h and the sea waves will be rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf and rough in the Sea of Oman.
Wednesday's weather is expected to be partly cloudy and dusty at times, with a chance of rain in some areas and humid at night and on Thursday morning in some coastal and western interior regions.
