UAE, Bahrain discuss strengthening of ties

Fahad Mohammed Bin Kardous Alameri, UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, met Northern Governor Ali Bin Al Sheikh Abdulhussein Al Asfoor in Bahrain.
During the meeting, Alameri highlighted the long-standing, deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries and peoples.
He also emphasised the need to continue strengthening cooperation to meet the aspirations and interests of both nations across all sectors.
In turn, Al Asfoor welcomed the UAE diplomat, reaffirming the strong and enduring ties between the two nations and stressing the importance of further enhancing them at every level.
Ambassador Alameri earlier met Dr Sheikh Abdullah Bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, and discussed strengthening cooperation and partnership between the two countries. They explored ways to enhance these ties for the benefit of both sides.
Ambassador Alameri highlighted the UAE leadership’s commitment to fostering and developing its strategic partnership with Bahrain, expressing his wishes for continued prosperity and progress for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.
Minister Al Khalifa praised the two nations’ long-standing brotherly relations and strong strategic partnership, emphasising the ongoing growth and progress in various areas.
Separately, Ambassador Alameri met Noor Bint Ali Alkhulaif, Bahraini Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board, accompanied by representatives from the Ministry.
