NCM predicts fair to cloudy weather with rise in temperature in coming days

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects Wednesday's weather to be fair to partly cloudy, becoming cloudy at times in some areas in the evening and at night, with a rise in temperature.

Winds, according to the NCM will be northeasterly to southeasterly, light to moderate, with speed ranging from 10 to 20 kilometres/h, amounting to 30 kilometres/h and the sea will be light in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

According to the NCM, the weather on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is expected to be cloudy to partly cloudy, with a chance of light rains on the islands and some coastal and northern areas, due to the extension of a low-pressure system from the east and a high-pressure system from the west, accompanied by an extension of a high-pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The NCM reported that the weather on Thursday would be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of light rains on the islands and some coastal and northern areas.

It will be humid at night and on Friday morning in some areas, and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, turning to northwesterly in the west, and moderate to active at times on Friday morning, with speed ranging from 10 to 25 kilometres/h, amounting to 40 kilometres/h and the sea will be light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman.

The weather on Friday, according to the NCM, is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy, with a chance of light rains on some coastal, northern, and eastern areas, with a decrease in temperature, especially on the coasts, and it will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some inland areas with a chance of light fog formation.

Winds will be northeasterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and active at times, with speed ranging from 15 to 25 kilometres/h amounting to 40 kilometres/h and the sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman, the NCM indicated.

The weather on Saturday, according to the NCM, is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of light rains on the islands and some northern areas. It will be humid at night and on Sunday morning in some coastal and inland areas with a chance of light fog formation.

Winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, and active at times, with speed ranging from 10 to 25 kilometres/h amounting to 35 kilometres/h and the sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and light in the Sea of Oman, the NCM reported.
