Emirati man airlifted to hospital following an accident in Sharjah

Air ambulance crews from the Air Wing Department at the General Directorate of Security Support at the Ministry of Interior were able to save life of a 20-year-old Emirati national who had sustained moderate injuries in a motorbike accident in the Al Rafada area, Sharjah.

The Air Wing Department's operations room was notified by the Sharjah Police of an incident in which an individual had sustained injuries in an accident and required air transportation to a medical facility for treatment.

In response to this request, the Air Wing Department promptly initiated an air ambulance operation, transporting the injured individual to Al Dhaid Hospital for the provision of requisite medical care.
