Rain of varying intensity fell on separate areas across the country on Thursday while Ras Al Khaimah saw rains accompanied by hail on Jebel Jais.
The highest temperature of 34.9 degrees Celsius was recorded in Gasyoura in Al Ain at 4:15pm while the lowest temperature of 10.6 degrees Celsius was recorded in Muzeria in Al Dhafra Region at 6:45am.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology, Friday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, especially in some northern and eastern areas with a chance of rains in the morning, but will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some coastal and inland areas with a chance of fog or light fog.
Light to moderate northeasterly to northwesterly winds will blow, while the sea will have regular to moderate waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
