Sheikh Mohammed via the X platform extolled Al Midani's profound love for life and people, as well as her unwavering commitment to providing sustenance to birds and cats in the Dubai's traditional markets.
In a poignant tribute, Sheikh Mohammed penned a message on his official Twitter account, stating: "Hala Al Midani, a beloved figure from Syria, had resided in Dubai for 45 years. The people of Dubai had become acquainted with her. She was known for her perennial presence in her designated area of Dubai's old markets, where she was deeply cherished for her remarkable positivity, profound love for life and people, her selfless commitment to feeding birds and cats, and her inclusive tolerance of all creatures."
Sheikh Mohammed further elaborated, expressing his profound admiration for Hala Al Midani, stating, "She loved everyone, so everyone loved her. May God have mercy on her, grant her the highest place in heaven, and bestow upon her kind soul tranquility, mercy and peace."
