Sharjah Ruler approves Dhs76.350 million to settle debt of 147 citizens

In implementation of the directives of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to provide a stable and decent life for the citizens, the Sharjah Debt Settlement Committee (SDSC) has approved an amount Dhs76.350 million to settle the debt of 147 citizens convicted of financial cases and insolvent deceased cases.
This was revealed by Rashid Ahmed Bin Al Sheikh, Head of the Emiri Court and Chairman of the Committee.
The total amount processed by the SDSC from the first to this batch, the 28th, amounted to nearly than Dhs1.280 billion, benefiting a total of 2,648 individuals.
