President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, sent congratulatory messages to the Kings, Emirs, and Presidents of Arab and Islamic nations, on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The Holy Month of Ramadan will begin on Saturday (March 1, 2025), after the crescent Moon was spotted in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Mohamed Bin Zayed took to X platform to share his wishes soon after the announcement was made on Friday.
"As the Holy Month of Ramadan begins, I wish all those observing in the UAE and around the world a blessed month. Together, we pray for God to bestow His mercy on us and grant peace, harmony, and unity to all," he said.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court sent similar messages to Arab and Muslim leaders and prime ministers on the holy occasion.
Sheikh Mohammed wished the leaders and their people continued good health and well-being, and further progress and prosperity for Arab and Islamic nations.
Sheikh Mohammed shared his wishes on X account, "I extend my warmest greetings to the people of the UAE, and Arab and Islamic Nations, as we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan. May it bring peace, unity, and strength to us all."
"On the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan, I congratulate the people of the Emirates and the Islamic people, and I ask God Almighty to make it a month of goodness, mercy and blessings for our country and the world. The holy month is an occasion to promote the values of goodness, giving and compassion in societies," Sheikh Mansour posted on his X account.
His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, congratulated President Sheikh Mohamed on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
