Sheikh Mohammed praises service centre staff in Dubai after secret shopper confirms smooth services

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said, “Today I received a report from a myster shopper’s reports one of which was from Customer Service Center for Vehicle Inspection and Registration in Al Qusais.

Sheikh Mohammed said on X that we found that one of the employees of the service centre, Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, is very hardworking man.

Sheikh Mohammed said the secret shopper assured us that Abdullah was providing the service with compassion.

Sheikh Mohammed said, “In a recent report I received from a mystery shopper at the Customer Service Center for Vehicle Inspection and Registration in Al Qusais, we followed Yousef Mohammed Abdullah, a hardworking, cheerful young man who takes the initiative to serve people and is eager to complete their transactions.” Sheikh Mohammed said, “Customers flock to him and thank him for his service.”

Sheikh Mohammed wrote, “Greetings, Yousef. We follow you and other young men and women who are dedicated to serving people and committed to preserving Dubai's reputation.” 

A mystery shopping or shopper is a process by which a company measures its own quality of sales and service, job performance or regulatory compliance by having a researcher pose as a customer and report their experience.
