The Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that it began accepting grievances to review the results of academic subjects for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year from Friday, April 18, until Tuesday, April 22, 2025, via the dedicated link: https://idh.ese.gov.ae/complain.
The maximum number of subjects eligible for grievances is three, the MoE said, noting that schools would review applications for students from third to eleventh grades and would respond within five working days to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data entered.
The ‘Review Grades’ request screen on the platform offers multiple options where students can specify the number of subjects required to be reviewed, the type of subject and the language of the exam.
They can also select the reason for submitting a grievance request from a drop-down menu that includes four main reasons: the result does not reflect the student's academic level, the presence of a medical condition documented in a medical report, the student being a person of determination or technical problems occurring during the online exam period.
A student is required to confirm the accuracy of all entered data, noting that his application, once submitted, cannot be modified or deleted.
The MoE announced the results for third-cycle students in grades 9-12 yesterday (Friday). The results were made available for public school students on the Smart Student Platform https://student.ese.gov.ae. Another electronic portal was designated for students in private schools following the MoE’s curriculum, where they can view their results via the following link: https://studentportal.moe.gov.ae.
The MoE announced that students could print their certificates electronically from 8pm until midnight via the same links.
