The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts a continuation of rising temperatures on Monday, with the weather being clear to partly cloudy until Thursday, due to the impact of weak surface pressure systems and an upper-level high-pressure extension over the country.
The NCM expected a slight drop in temperatures on Thursday.
Rakna in Al Ain recorded the lowest temperature nationwide at 11.9°C on Sunday at 06:00am, the NCM reported.
Monday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy overall, with another rise in temperatures, but humid at Monday night and on Tuesday morning in some coastal areas.
Winds, according to the NCM, will be northeasterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, ranging from 10 to 20 kilometres/h, amounting to 30 kilometres/h and the sea will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Tuesday's weather will be clear to partly cloudy at times, with low clouds forming over the eastern coast and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, ranging from 10 to 20 kilometres/h, amounting to 30 kilometres/h and the sea will remain calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Wednesday's weather will be clear to partly cloudy overall and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, ranging from 10 to 20 kilometres/h, amounting to 30 kilometres/h and the sea will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Thursday's weather, the NCM said, will be clear to partly cloudy at times, with a slight decrease in temperatures. Winds will shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, occasionally active with speeds ranging from 10 to 20 kilometres/h, amounting to 35 kilometres/h and the sea will remain calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
