Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, reviewed the Dubai World Trade Centre's 2024 economic impact assessment report.
Sheikh Hamdan said on X, “I reviewed the Dubai World Trade Centre’s 2024 Economic Impact Assessment, which reveals that the Centre generated over Dhs22 billion in total economic output last year. This growth was driven by hosting more than 100 major events — a 32% increase compared to 2023 — and bringing together two million participants.
“The figures reaffirm Dubai’s position as a global hub for business and innovation, and a leading venue for major international exhibitions and conferences, advancing the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. Dubai continues to transform opportunities into growth and shape the future through partnerships.”
