Let us be realistic, no matter how good the viewing content is we are not going to love all characters in TV shows and movies are we? This week we take a look at some of the most famous characters that audiences took a massive dislike to.

The musical comedy film “High School Musical” was a huge hit back in 2006. It starred many big actors including Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale. Tisdale played the character of Sharpay Evans, who really was not liked. Sharpay was the film’s main antagonist, causing trouble and misery like your typical “Queen Bee” mean girl. Tisdale went on to star in the next two movies from the popular franchise.  

This one on our list might come as a shock, but Ross Gellar from “Friends” was not one of the favourite characters from the hit TV show. Played by David Schwimmer, Ross is a paleontologist who is equally smart and dumb. He seemed to get on audience’s nerves with his jokes and annoying story lines.

I think it is really easy to see why Joffrey Baratheon from “Game of Thrones” was so hated. Actor Jack Gleeson played the evil king so brilliantly that it was hard not to detest him. The unforgettable scene of the “Red Wedding” sealed his fate as the most unliked character in the series.
