It was wonderful to get so much of rain in the UAE. I have come to Dubai a few months ago from New Delhi, and it was great to see so much of rain in Dubai on Sunday and Monday. The weather has become very pleasant. Residents in Dubai looked happy and excited seeing the rain. Many stepped out of their homes to get a feel of it.  Many took out their cars and went for a long drive. Excited residents kept social media busy throughout the day with some amazing photos.

As a parent, I was happy that my children attended school without stepping out of the house. I appreciate the way KHDA was quick in announcing that schools will turn to remote learning mode. This was a wonderful step taken by the KHDA. It becomes a little challenging for small children to commute on rainy days, but the remote learning option has really helped them. The remote learning option gives children an opportunity to attend classes from the comfort of their home. I feel the Covid-19 pandemic has given this option to us, which has become a boon for our society. Even many offices in Dubai had remote work option on Sunday and Monday. I also appreciate the workers of Dubai Municipality for constantly making an effort to make roads remain clean and smooth. They deserve praise for their untiring effort.
