Health and physio

Arousing on a Saturday morning I was struck with a severe unknown heavy agony on my neck and shoulder. "What was happening to me" — I asked myself holding my neck with one hand. Never have I experienced such pain.

Not knowing what to do in disquiet relaxed and took a nap on my couch. My first visit to the doctor on the day made me even more perplexed wondering what's going to happen. I was asked to take an X -ray where there was something I needed to be aware of.

Leaving my car behind I used to hail a cab and consulted another ortho surgeon who suggested I start with a "physiotherapy" after doing a few checks. It was more of a muscle spasm and nerve irritation on my right shoulder due to the way I used to perch on my chair, my sleeping habits, posture who knows and most importantly with daily planks and weight lifting.

Thankfully the physio I am doing now and with a few mild exercises being taught by my physiotherapist is doing some miracles with the pain slowly subsiding but in no time everything should be healed as per the doctor. I am still carrying out my daily regime working out, commuting using the metro although at times the commute makes me groggy.
