During the COVID span one night I got up with previous pain and irritation on my eye. The pain was awful that I did not know what to do. I felt my eyes poked with tears coming out of my eyes. I immediately ran and spilled cold water on both my eyes but the pain would not subside. Since it was in the middle of the night doctors were not available so I visited an eye doctor in the morning. The doctor diagnosed my eyes and it so happened that I had severe dryness.

This was the time when I used to work from home so I was certain that I might have been stressing a lot looking at the computer due to the long hours of work. It’s been almost three years that I am using the eye lubricants without desist.

As years pass by, we find a lot of changes in our lifestyle, physically, emotionally and even mentally. So, we are prone to be affected with many changes it be our skin, hair, weight, weakness of vitamins is crucial. The most aggravating factor

that we all know is stress which withers us with other issues but if I look at it personally, I have the normal minimal stress.

Cases of computer vision syndrome are on the rise these days among adults and children due to the increasing digital device usage which leads to massive health conditions. Luckily, my eyesight is perfect and I'm not asked to use glasses that have power.
