As the season goes from hot to a little less hot, things continue to heat up in the world of television. This week we are taking a look at some of the most exciting TV shows, some on their second season and some new, that will be coming out over the fall season.

Back in 2022 the show “Bad Sisters” came out to the delight of audiences and critics. It is no surprise that the series was renewed for a second season which will be out in November. The Irish dark comedy show centres around five sisters living in Dublin. The first season was nominated for many awards and season two should be just as good if not better.

Another comedy drama that’s back for a second season is “Elsbeth.” The show stars actress Carrie Preston who plays an eccentric attorney who ends up helping the police solve crimes. Instead of following the typical format of solving a crime from the end to the start, this show tells you who the culprit is from the beginning and then focuses on how and why the crime was committed. The second season will be out next month.

In other news this week, turn to our Fitness pages to read about how to get your abs back after pregnancy. When working on getting fit again after having a baby, experts advise focusing on and reengaging the core. Pilates is an excellent way to start to get fit again.
