It was really a horror show by our women’s cricket team during their first outing with New Zealand in the T-20 World Cup Tournament @ Dubai.

On the eve of our team’s departure, our team was tipped to lift the elusive World Cup title.

However, the way our bowlers bowled, fielders leaked runs and to top it all our top order crumbled to gift their wickets, even to a rookie bowler, was really horrible to watch.

Winning and losing is a part and parcel of any game.

However, it was an all-round dominance by the New Zealand girls, who richly deserved to win the match.

Anyway, this is only the beginning and our girls could definitely pull up their socks to mend their mistakes to prove that they are worthy of the hype created on the eve of their departure.
