We like a song, play it on repeat and then when we tire of it we play something else and move on. Have you ever wondered how an artist would feel if they got tired of their own song? This week we are taking a look at some singers who openly admit to hating their own work.

Ariana Grande is one of the biggest female singers of our time. With numerous awards and hit singles under her belt, it might be surprising to know that she really does not like the first song she released back in 2011. “Put Your Hearts Up” was recorded for a potential pop album aimed at teens however that album was never released. Grande later went on to express her dislike for the tune claiming that she felt it was “inauthentic and fake.”

Oasis are one of the most successful bands to come out of Britain in the last few decades. Despite making headlines for their notorius feuds, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have released several hit songs which have gone to number one in the global charts. The band is probably most famous for the tune “Wonderwall” which they released back in 1995. Regardless of its success, the brothers have admitted to not like the song and not enjoying performing it.
