It’s good news that a killer got life in custody sentence from a UK court for murdering three young girls in a frenzied stabbing spree on their summer dance class (“UK child stabbing spree killer gets life in custody,” Jan.23, Gulf Today website).
According to the report, on Monday, Rudakubana admitted carrying out the killings last July in the northern English town of Southport, a crime which was followed by days of nationwide rioting. Rudakubana will likely spend the rest of his life in jail for the murders of Bebe King, 6, Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, 9, who were among 26 children attending the summer vacation event.
Nothing is more precious than life, especially the life of your child. The parents of innocent girls will get nothing from the killer’s life in prison because it will not return their girls.
Life is so strange and passes so fast. I hope that Axel Rudakubana, 18, who got a minimum of 52 years in detention for his gruesome crime, will not repeat the horrifying act of killing innocent people after his release.
