Gaza truce

The Gaza truce between Israel and Hamas produced fruitful results as a number of hostages have been exchanged and Hamas has named four Israeli female soldier hostages to be freed in a second swap (“Hamas names four Israeli female soldier hostages to be freed in second swap,” Jan.24, Gulf Today website).

According to the report, Palestinian group Hamas announced the names on Friday of four Israeli women soldier hostages to be released in exchange for Palestinian prisoners in the second swap under the ceasefire deal in Gaza.

The ceasefire agreement between both the warring parties after more than a year, was welcomed by the whole world. The ceasefire deal in Gaza between Israel and Hamas has allowed life to breathe in a peaceful environment in Gaza.

The poor people of Gaza have gone through hell in the world. Thousands of thousands of people died, especially the large number of women and children. The Gaza Strip is completely destroyed. The Gaza war should come to an end to avoid further loss of precious lives.

I hope a sense of complete peace will prevail between both warring parties and they will give normalcy a chance.
