Some of us cite — take a chill pill. Have a nap, as we all would love to do and, in this day, and age, taking time out and giving your body a little break is of great importance, especially taking the lifestyle stress, work stress and myriad factors that might prompt us.
Although usually I head back home this time, I thought why not make it a staycation, constitute myself, listening to my intuition and spend the quality time by doing something that I regard. I can now change the pattern and time for my physical workout unlike the time when I used to head down straight after work and reach home late.
Holidays are the best time in the year as they do reduce the mental stress, where we can tend to spend time in physical activities which eventually boost fitness, recharge our batteries, increase productivity, and also boost emotional stability. At times even doing my daily yoga and sitting at home meditating gives me an intellect of cool, peace and balance that can help my overall health.
Today, we all are faced with a range of challenges, stress and just like a machine our human body too needs a break. Even if I don’t do anything fancy just being at home for me might make me feel on top of the world.
