I am enjoying the Indian Premier League (IPL). It is amazing to see so much of talent. Almost every team has a few shining stars on their side and they all are doing very well. I feel amazed to see the way these young players approach their game. This shows India has so much of local talent. I must appreciate BCCI for having such a wonderful domestic setup.
The BCCI has been doing a lot on training and other departments. Each and every year we are getting to see lots of uncapped Indian players doing extremely well in the IPL. Who can forget players like Abhishek Sharma, Sai Sudarshan and Yashashvi Jaiswal? They have come from the domestic circuit. They play very competitive cricket at that level and that makes these guys solid.
Those who see these guys playing like kings at the IPL, should know that they are the product of the domestic circuit. The BCCI has also placed great coaches to train them. I also appreciate senior players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, K.L.Rahul, M.S.Dhoni, Md.Shami and many others who are constantly inspiring younger players to be the best and give the best. The IPL has managed to attract players from all across India. Lots of players are playing who come from small towns and that’s the beauty of this tournament. IPL has completely revolutionised Indian cricket. I feel it is because of IPL and strong domestic setup that Indian cricket is doing so well under the leadership of Rohit Sharma.
