Dubai Ride is aligned with the directives of Sheikh Hamdan, to transform the city into one of the world’s most active cities and the broader vision to make Dubai the world’s best city to live in, work and visit.
Dubai Ride offers participants two main routes to choose from: The 4km Downtown family route follows Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and goes past Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa.
The annual Dubai Ride saw bikes race down Sheikh Zayed Road, a 10-lane asphalt jungle that gives drivers a view of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, and other sites such as the Museum of the Future.
Taking place on the morning of Sunday (Nov.6), Dubai Ride, presented by DP World in association with RTA is one of the most anticipated events of Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) and will welcome all residents and visitors alike.
Dubai Ride, one of the key highlights of Dubai Fitness Challenge, is all set to return to Sheikh Zayed Road on Friday 5 November after its historic debut last year, offering cyclists a unique opportunity to pedal along Dubai’s main traffic artery against the backdrop of some of the city’s most famous landmarks.
