A 30-year-old Asian was arrested and prosecuted by the Dubai Public Prosecution for stealing bus seats and selling them to scrap shop in Dubai.
A 30-year-old unemployed Arab man was arrested for impersonating an undercover police officer in women's attire and robbing an Asian man of Dhs6,700 in Al Rigga, Dubai.
The incident dates back to last February, when a report was filed by the victim company, stating that the school bus had been stolen and its GPS shows that it is located at a car showroom in Sharjah.
The incident occurred during March this year, when the 28-year-old Asian victim showed up at the police station to report about an African gang who lured and attacked him at an apartment in Dubai.
An Asian duo was booked and referred to criminal court, along with other runaway accomplices, on attempted murder charges after they have stabbed two men over a money dispute in Dubai.
The criminal investigation teams at the Dubai Police were able to uncover the circumstances of the theft of Dhs170,000 from an Asian woman, after she has withdrawn the amount from a bank.
During investigations, the victim testified saying, “Since 2013 and until 2018, I discovered that my gold jewellery were going missing from different places around the house, including my daughters’ jewellery as well.”
The victim had stopped his truck and got off it, and walked to one of its tyres to check it, but unfortunately, he was run over by the defendant.
