The two-day Dubai Muscle Beach, an international beach bodybuilding and fitness championship, will take place on March 2-3 at the Habtoor Resort Hotel.
The event will be held under the patronage of the Dubai Sports Council in cooperation with the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.
The championship will see a record participation of over 300 bodybuilders from 58 countries around the world, with a total prize money of Dhs100,000, making it one of the largest championships organised in the UAE annually.
Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, praised the efforts of the organising committee, stressing that the federation will spare no effort to contribute to the success of all championships held under its supervision.
He described the Dubai Muscle Beach Championship as one of the unique championships that the UAE witnesses annually and appreciated the efforts aimed at the success of the championship.
Bassem Al Jawahri, Chairman of the Organising Committee of the Championship, confirmed the readiness of the organising committee for the launch of the championship in all organisational and administrative aspects.
He stated that the competitions will include the organization of about 67 competitive weights for youth, men and women in bodybuilding and physique. Regarding the championship prizes, he explained that the total amount is about Dhs100,000. He thanked the strategic partners for their support.
