Saudi Al-Nassr striker and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo bought a new plot of land in Dubai for $30 million, with the aim of building a luxurious palace.
The plot of land is located in Jumeirah Bay, Dubai, also known as the “Island of the Rich.”
Ronaldo, his partner Georgina, and their five children plan to move into the new house once construction is completed.
According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, Jumeirah Bay Island includes all kinds of exclusive facilities, such as a private yacht club, fitness centers, luxury restaurants, and beach clubs.
This allows the couple and their friends to enjoy a distinctive and private lifestyle in Dubai, and settle in a place that provides them with all the amenities and services necessary to live a normal and luxurious life.

The agency said that Ronaldo is a regular visitor to the UAE, which made him decide to buy a palace that would become his headquarters whenever he decided to visit it.
Dubai recently recorded unprecedented records in terms of sales and investment, pointing out that the number of billionaires on the Palm Island per square kilometer exceeds any other place in the Emirates, as there are many places where luxury palaces and villas are being built, such as Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and The Hills Dubai.
It is noteworthy that Dubai is one of the most prominent destinations that Cristiano Ronaldo visits annually, since he was a player in the ranks of Spanish Real Madrid, while the Portuguese international continued his interest in traveling to the UAE, after joining the Saudi club Al-Nasr last January, coming from Manchester United of England.
