This year sees apartment in Dubai sold for Dhs275 million

On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw the sale of an apartment in the “One” development on Palm Jumeirah for Dhs275 million, as reported by Dubai Rest data. This represents the highest recorded value for an apartment since the beginning of the year.

The apartment, which spans 31,700 square feet, represents the most expensive sale in the sector since the beginning of 2024.

The total value of transactions conducted in the market since the commencement of today's trading period has exceeded Dhs2 billion, with 745 transactions contributing to this figure.
