64-year-old Emirati airlifted from mountain to Fujairah hospital after severe exhaustion

The search and rescue team airlifted Emirati to hospital.

The National Search and Rescue Centre (NSRC) carried out a medical evacuation mission for a 64-year-old Emirati citizen suffering from exhaustion, severe fatigue and several injuries in a mountainous area near Jabal Mebrah in Fujairah.

A report received from Fujairah Police’s operations room stated that a citizen was extremely exhausted and sustained multiple fractures after falling from the top of the mountain.

A team from the operations room of the NSRC used a helicopter to evacuate the Emirati citizen and transport him to Dibba Hospital in Fujairah for the necessary medical treatment.
